| Support & Resistance Report |
| Q: | When is a stock cheap? |
| A: | When it falls to an area of 'Gathering Support'. Buying a stock before it pulls back to 'Gathering Support' is chasing the stock. Profits will be enhanced and losses minimized when a stock is purchased at 'Gathering Support'. |
| Q: | When is a stock expensive? |
| A: | When it rises to an area of 'Gathering Resistance'. Stocks are best sold at Resistance rather than bought. |
| Q: | What is an area of 'Gathering Support' or 'Gathering Resistance' and why should I base my trades on these areas? |
| A: |
Making money in the market requires buying a stock when it falls to multiple aspects of Support that converge to form an area of Gathering Support
and selling a stock when it rises to multiple aspects of Resistance that converge to form an area of Gathering Resistance.
Areas of Gathering Support and Gathering Resistance form much more reliable trading opportunities than do individual aspects of Support or Resistance that are standing alone. |

| Q: | Is the 'Support & Resistance Report' used by Day-Traders, Swing-Traders or Position Traders? |
| A: |
The 'Support & Resistance Report' serves all 3 categories of stock traders.
Day Traders enter a trade and then exit within the same day.   It's a technique that frees them from the risks inherent in holding a stock overnight.   Trading success requires buying at Support and selling at Resistance. Swing Traders hold a trade anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks.   They either purchase a stock that is Extremely Oversold or short a stock that is Extremely Overbought.   They then exit the trade when emotions and price return to normal levels.   The Overbought and Oversold sections of the 'Support & Resistance Report' identify specific Swing Trade opportunities. Position Traders hold a trade anywhere from 2 days to 6 months or longer.   Two sections of the 'Support & Resistance Report' serve Position Traders well: 1)  The Notable Events section of the 'Support & Resistance Report' identifies specific   Position Trade opportunities. 2)  Market Analysis Comments (updated nightly) |
